Submitting events to the OYC Calendar

It is not necessary to login into the calendar in order to list an event.

Find the date and click on the "+" in the upper right corner.

Complete the form, be sure to select the Category from the drop down menu on the right side.

When signing up for OOD, put your name and OOD in the "Brief Description" text box.

Include a brief description of the event and contact information.

Select Save.

The event you list will not be immediately visible on the calendar. Events posted to the calendar will need to be approved.

For additional help, click on the "?" by "Add Entry" at the top of the page.

Events submitted to the calendar will be reviewed and released to the public at least weekly.

Officer of the Day schedule and a listing of all OYC events are available by clicking on the title by "Reports."
